Akansha was born and raised in India. After earning her MBA degree in Marketing, she gained some professional work experience as a Brand Executive in one of India’s largest salon chain brands, managing marketing activities for over 400+ salons country wide. She is currently pursuing her MS in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. She’s also the Vice President of Education of the Student Government Association at her university. To enhance her digital marketing experience she joined Four15 Digital, to put her marketing and data analysis skills to practice.

In the spare time Akansha enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her family.

Bryan Uwahori

Optimization Manager

Bryan graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a B.S. in Marketing. During his senior year, he took part in extracurricular activities which included being voted in as the Treasurer for his fraternity’s chapter. Soon after he gained a professional certification in digital marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
Bryan started his professional career managing his family business in Southern California. During his time there he coordinated with the manufacturer, conducted sales at farmer’s markets in the area, and managed the social media page. Bryan’s idea to grow his father’s company led him to pursue a career in digital marketing. His drive to learn and passion to succeed is what brought him to Four15 Digital.
In his free time he loves to golf, go to the beach, be with friends and family, play video games, and spend time with his dog, Bernie!

Cathy Nguyen

Optimization Manager

Cathy graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Biology. While searching for a future career, her curiosity led her to launch an online business on the side. Through this experience, she crossed path with Digital Marketing. Cathy developed a deep interest for the subject and decided to take courses with a mentor who guided the basis of this career. Cathy’s persistency and driven personality led her to join the Four15 Digital team to further the goal of deepening her knowledge in marketing while alongside helping small businesses achieve results.
When Cathy is not working, she enjoys cooking and testing new recipes, working out at the gym, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with friends on the weekends.

Scarlett Tsang

Scarlett was born and raised in China, after she graduated with a B.A. majoring in oil painting, she worked in multiple Chinese TV stations in the TV Advertising Department for several years.
She enhanced her education at UCLA, and upon graduating, she started her own online business in LA. As her marketing needs grew, she developed a passion for digital marketing. Fast-forward to today, she has decided to dedicate herself full-time to digital marketing and she has chosen to do so with some brilliant people at Four15 Digital.
In her spare time Scarlett likes to: travel, hike, go to the beach and spend time with her family and rabbit.

Chloe Nelson

Barketing Manager

Chloe is Four15’s office pet: an outgoing and lovable French Bulldog. Chloe joined the team in November 2021, when she was just a pup, and occasionally spends her time in the Long Beach office. She brightens up any room she’s in and brings a playful energy to the team. She’s currently at the top of her class in puppy training school. Outside of work and school, Chloe enjoys playing with dog toys, sleeping, and going to the puppy park.

Keenan Townsend

Team Lead - Paid Media

Keenan graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Marketing where he also played Division 1 soccer. Keenan brings his attention to detail and work-ethic from the soccer field into each and every account.

Prior to Four15 Digital Keenan worked for an affiliate marketing company where he generated $250,000 of revenue in one month through Google and Facebook ads. Keenan is certified in Google Search, Shopping, Video, Display, and Mobile, and was recently certified as a Facebook blueprint buyer. He’s used his SEM knowledge to optimize businesses of all sizes – whether it’s B2B, B2C, or a non-profit – Keenan has the skillset.

In his free time, Keenan enjoys playing with his dog Karver, going on hikes, and hanging out with friends.

Dustin Chau

Account Manager

Dustin is an empathy-driven leader who started his professional career in the fitness industry where he helped transformed hundreds of lives through fitness and wellness lifestyle habits. After graduating from California Polytechnic State University of Pomona, he realized that he can integrate his purpose of serving people with helping companies achieve growth through digital marketing.

Dustin has considerable experience working for MuteSix as a Paid Search Manager where strategized and implemented paid search growth strategy to help scale e-commerce brands in various industries and verticals including CPG, apparel, health, and apps reach new customers while maintaining desired ROI profitability. He specializes in all Google products including Search, Display, Shopping, Discovery and Youtube campaigns.

On his free time, you’ll find Dustin in the gym training, cooking, or engaging in activities that break him out of his comfort zone.

Shahrooz Kanani

Sr. Optimization Manager

Shahrooz graduated from the University of Tehran with a master’s degree in Marketing. He has received his Full-Stack Development and Digital Marketing Management certification from UC Berkeley Extension.
With over 13 years of experience in the marketing field while working with international companies in various industries, Shahrooz has been able to expand his knowledge and expertise. Shahrooz is inquisitive and analytical by nature, thereby allowing him to offer a diverse perspective to enhance his clients experience. ln addition, he focuses on data analysis and story telling where he introduces a unique approach to his audience.
In his free time, he enjoys riding bikes, paddle boarding, learning new skills, listening to music, and creating video content for social media.

Omar Posada

Optimization Manager

Omar graduated from the University of Guadalajara (Mexico) with a B.S. in Marketing. His professional career began in the hospitality industry, working as the marketing manager for Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. He was part of the team that developed and implemented the opening strategy for the first city hotel in Mexico to join the Hard Rock portfolio.
His career path includes working in a top 5 digital marketing agency in Guadalajara, developing campaigns for small and mid-size companies with impact in LATAM and U.S. market. Finally, Omar joined the team at Four15 Digital to continue building his marketing career in the U.S. market.
Omar enjoys going to concerts, hiking, and discovering great coffee spots and craft beer breweries in his free time.

I am data-driven and focused on staying true and human in every campaign I work on. Whether I am working in paid search ads or hosting friends at my home for dinner, I like to focus on how the end user perceives and experiences everything. I always want to give the best experience possible.

When I’m not working on brand positioning or writing ad copy, I am baking cookies, reading Tim Ferris books, going to Disneyland, and looking for the best eats throughout Southern California.

Leo graduated from the Musicians Institute with an A.A. in percussion. His professional career started as a touring musician in his native country, Argentina. After 5 years, he decided to pivot and go back to school and get a B.A. in Marketing.

During this time Amy crossed path with digital marketing and her passion for it grew. She decided to take online courses and work with local businesses in her city to pursue her interest for marketing and helping small businesses. Her drive to become more knowledgeable and work in an environment with other passionate marketers led her to join the team at Four15 Digital.

In her free time Amy enjoys surfing, hiking, gym sessions with friends, and traveling.

Christina graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Mathematics – Computer Science. Her professional career began in the mobile gaming industry in San Francisco, CA where she worked on both the product and content sides of the business.

During this time Christina discovered her passion for marketing and decided to further her education and pursue an MSc. in Marketing from the University Carlos III of Madrid in Madrid, Spain. After returning she knew she wanted to work in digital marketing which led her to join the Four15 Digital team.

In her free time Christina enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, watching new shows, and spending time outside with friends and family.

Michelle Matos

Account Manager

Michelle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations.

During her senior year, she interned for an educational publishing company where she worked on a yearlong digital marketing campaign that was recognized in the PR News 2018 Social Media Awards. After graduating, she worked for the company full-time, specializing in social media, copywriting, and paid social advertising.

Since then, she has worked for small, fast-growing businesses – one in beauty/skincare and one in location-based entertainment – and has used her expertise in social media to significantly grow their following and engagement through both organic and paid campaigns.

She has also served on the board of the American Marketing Association, Los Angeles chapter. She is passionate about digital marketing, especially paid media, and continues to take every opportunity she can to network, learn new skills, and develop professionally.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys going to the beach, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants and cafes, and spending time with friends.

Radu has a passion for finding creative design solutions. With more than 6 years of experience, he has a keen eye for details, His focus at Four15 Digital is on coming up with creative solutions for clients to help them to connect with their audience in more effective ways and drive conversions. He likes to astay relevant with industry trends while always holding on to basic design best practices.

In his spare time he loves to read, listen to music and travel with his girlfriend.

Content Manager

Ata graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Economics, where he played for and captained the SDSU Men’s Soccer team. For clients, Ata synthesizes his diverse background in education and athletic competition with the art of writing in content ideation and generation.

Prior to Four15 Digital, Ata worked in the field of law and ancillary consulting and has years of experience in operations, business development, and actual legal work in many different practice areas. As a content creator and writer, Ata has written hundreds of blogs and has over 30 articles published as a ghostwriter in reputable online business publications, such as VentureBeat, FastCompany, and more.

In his free time, Ata plays soccer, writes (novels), and listens to music. About 98,000 minutes of music a year, according to Spotify.

Eric Ziskin

Team Lead - Paid Media

Eric graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. His professional career began within college athletics, working for the USC Trojans football team. He oversaw all facets of the recruiting department and was named to 247sports.com’s 2017 “College Football 30 under 30” and ESPN.com’s 2018 “College Football 40 under 40” lists.

His career path included 18 months living abroad in Norway where he worked in digital marketing for a global apparel brand, sparking his interest in search engine marketing. His pursuit of deeper knowledge in this space led him to join the team at Four15 Digital.

Eric tries to spend as much of his free time outside with his wife as possible; golfing, biking, beach volleyball, or anything else that allows him to enjoy his beautiful home in Los Angeles, California.

Borja Cuan joined the performance advertising industry in 1998 and has built a career in the industry providing strategic business solutions for teams and clients. Borja combines big-picture perspective with exacting attention to make sure Four15’s clients and team members get value out of their work every day.

Jithin Mathew

Jithin possess over 9 years of experience in the IT industry, dealing with the Web Application Development, Implementation and Webmastering. He has had more than 4 years of freelancing experience in this industry and has an Engineering degree with a focus on Electronics and Communication Engineering.

When he is not working, Jithin enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, reading books and reverse engineering things.

Michael Nelson

Co-Founder

Mike Nelson has raised the bar for paid media performance since joining the industry in 2009. Mike co-authored the pioneering Alpha Beta account structure for paid search in 2010, but his approach to today’s paid media focuses on rigorously maintained mastery of evolving major-platform algorithms.

Mike works hand-in-hand with clients to bring clarity and scalability to their accounts. A former math teacher, he trains his team to think critically and to achieve a holistic perspective on account optimizations rather than rely on rigid, dated tactics.
