Account Director Four15 Digital, Inc.
Lisa Higgins is a digital and performance marketing leader who brings over 15+ years of experience to the Four15 Digital team. As an Account Director, she leads planning, execution and strategy to deliver successful digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, paid social and everything in between.
Prior to joining Four15 Digital, Lisa served as Director of Paid Media MarketForce Agency in Minneapolis, a performance marketing agency sought out for its expertise in ecommerce. Lisa has also worked for 9th Wonder Agency (f/k/a The Company of Others) in Houston, 3Q Digital in Chicago and DOOR3 Business Applications in New York City. Her body of work spans several industries including Fashion, Technology, Telecommunications, Non-Profit and CPG for notable clients such as Rent the Runway, The American Red Cross, Minute Rice, Windstream Communications, Poly, Lenovo and Logitech.
Lisa holds a BS in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Paid Media Coordinator
Cristal graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.A. in Sociology. She also recently received her certification in Digitial Marketing from the Univerisity of California, Irvine.
During her senior year, she had the pleasure of interning for the UCSB Men’s Soccer marketing team. While studying abroad, Cristal also interned for a tourist agency in Rome, Italy, where she worked closely with the marketing and communications director.
After graduation, Cristal had the opportunity to work for a company that specialized in direct-to-consumer marketing. She managed over thirty campaigns for clients like Comcast, Verizon, and Consolidated Communications.
During the company’s pivot from traditional to digital marketing, Cristal found a passion for digital marketing. She decided to expand her education by enrolling in the Digital Marketing Boot Camp offered by the University of California, Irvine. She became passionate about paid media and decided to join a team of experts to further expand her knowledge.
Cristal enjoys watching movies, traveling, reading books, and spending time with friends and family.
Paid Media Coordinator
Michelle graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Public Relations.
During her senior year, she interned for an educational publishing company where she worked on a yearlong digital marketing campaign that was recognized in the PR News 2018 Social Media Awards. After graduating, she worked for the company full-time, specializing in social media, copywriting, and paid social advertising.
Since then, she has worked for small, fast-growing businesses – one in beauty/skincare and one in location-based entertainment – and has used her expertise in social media to significantly grow their following and engagement through both organic and paid campaigns.
She has also served on the board of the American Marketing Association, Los Angeles chapter. She is passionate about digital marketing, especially paid media, and continues to take every opportunity she can to network, learn new skills, and develop professionally.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys going to the beach, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants and cafes, and spending time with friends.< Back

With more than 6 years of experience, he has a keen eye for details, His focus at Four15 Digital is on coming up with creative solutions for clients to help them to connect with their audience in more effective ways and drive conversions. He likes to astay relevant with industry trends while always holding on to basic design best practices.

Ata graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Economics, where he played for and captained the SDSU Men’s Soccer team. For clients, Ata synthesizes his diverse background in education and athletic competition with the art of writing in content ideation and generation.
Prior to Four15 Digital, Ata worked in the field of law and ancillary consulting and has years of experience in operations, business development, and actual legal work in many different practice areas. As a content creator and writer, Ata has written hundreds of blogs and has over 30 articles published as a ghostwriter in reputable online business publications, such as VentureBeat, FastCompany, and more.
In his free time, Ata plays soccer, writes (novels), and listens to music. About 98,000 minutes of music a year, according to Spotify.< Back
Raul has a passion for helping clients of all sizes meet their professional goals through the power of digital marketing. He has managed several multi-million dollar paid media accounts, helping clients increase their profit margins by up to 50% per year.
Raul believes in extremely targeted display, paid search, awareness, and social media ads while taking a data-driven approach to breaking down and understanding all steps of the customer funnel process.
Raul graduated with a B.A . in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a Minor in Communication Studies. Before joining Four15 Digital, Raul was the head digital marketing specialist at one of the top healthcare forward private universities in Orange County, California, specializing in paid media management and strategy implementation.

Thomas graduated in June of 2019 from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A in History. After graduation, Thomas completed an internship in Newcastle, England, where he worked for Petrus Communications, an award-winning digital marketing agency. He had the opportunity to work on innovative projects such as the Airbus Quantum Computing Challenge and GEDC Diversity Award, gaining experience in project management, copywriting and email marketing. Upon completing his internship, he returned to the U.S. and began work at RD Marketing, supporting customer acquisition and campaign optimization projects, specifically in paid search. He is passionate about the marketing industry and has enjoyed working with the talented team at Four15 Digital to deepen his SEM and PPC knowledge.

Mai-Linh has over a decade of experience in online marketing. She has managed dozens of accounts across a variety of verticals including B2B, B2C, eCommerce, education, FinTech, food and beverage, real estate, and technology. Most recently, she spent several years at a few different startups where she helped them grow and scale their businesses, increasing their revenue while driving profitability and building out their search functions in-house.
Mai-Linh graduated from Boston College with a B.S. and a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance.

Eric graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. His professional career began within college athletics, working for the USC Trojans football team. He oversaw all facets of the recruiting department and was named to 247sports.com’s 2017 “College Football 30 under 30” and ESPN.com’s 2018 “College Football 40 under 40” lists.
His career path included 18 months living abroad in Norway where he worked in digital marketing for a global apparel brand, sparking his interest in search engine marketing. His pursuit of deeper knowledge in this space led him to join the team at Four15 Digital.
Eric tries to spend as much of his free time outside with his wife as possible; golfing, biking, beach volleyball, or anything else that allows him to enjoy his beautiful home in Los Angeles, California.< Back
Borja has managed and grown numerous affiliate, email, display, retargeting, and social programs over his 21-year career. Borja was the Director of Performance Marketing for Exponential Interactive where he oversaw the performance display marketing division for the company’s premium brand, Tribal Fusion. There, he chartered ongoing relationships with Tribal Fusion’s premier direct-response clients like Netflix, IAC/interActiveCorp, Google, and Verizon. Previously, he spent eight years with Commission Junction as a member of the high-growth sales organization, catering to the world’s largest buyers, agencies, and advertisers.

Keenan graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Marketing where he also played Division 1 soccer. Keenan brings his attention to detail and work-ethic from the soccer field into each and every account.
Prior to Four15 Digital Keenan worked for an affiliate marketing company where he generated $250,000 of revenue in one month through Google and Facebook ads. Keenan is certified in Google Search, Shopping, Video, Display, and Mobile, and was recently certified as a Facebook blueprint buyer. He’s used his SEM knowledge to optimize businesses of all sizes – whether it’s B2B, B2C, or a non-profit – Keenan has the skillset.

Mike has a diverse background in the internet business, most of his time having been spent in online advertising. He has appeared in major SEM publications including Search Engine Land, Search Engine Journal, Certified Knowledge, and more. Mike is a change agent and is constantly helping companies grow and innovate beyond normal standards.
Mike has extensive experience managing SEM teams, affiliate groups, and product managers. He has worked with a range of high-net-worth clients and global influencers including Facebook, Rocket Lawyer, MidwayUSA, FitBit, Dropcam (now Nest Cam), and dozens more. He has managed over $250 million in online ad spend.
Before moving to the Silicon Valley in 2008, Mike was a high school math teacher after graduating with a B.A. degree in Mathematics in 3 years.< Back

Throughout his career, Stephen has helped companies of all sizes grow their digital advertising channels. He has built and managed display, social, retargeting, and paid search programs for numerous clients, from startups to Fortune 1000 brands.
Stephen graduated with a B.A. in International Business and Marketing with a co-major in Japanese Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He started his marketing career at a small Paid Search startup before working in-house with companies throughout the Bay Area. Before joining Four15 Digital Stephen was the head of Global SEM & Remarketing operations at one of the top five life sciences companies in the world.
Stephen is an avid fan of UX and Conversion Optimization. He enjoys traveling with his family, green tech, the great outdoors, and golfing with friends.< Back
